PM Launches Nationwide HPV Vaccination Drive for 14-Year-Old Girls
India has launched a nationwide HPV vaccination drive for 14-year-old girls to prevent cervical cancer at its source. The free, voluntary, single-dose programme aims to cover around 1.2 crore girls annually, marking a major public health intervention focused on disease prevention, women’s health, and the long-term goal of eliminating cervical cancer.
