Gujarat government proposes International Medicity near Kalol with Rs 13,000 crore investment

The Gujarat government has proposed setting up an international-level Medicity near Kalol with an investment of around ₹13,000 crore. Modelled on Dubai Health Care City, the project aims to position Ahmedabad as a global medical hub and will include high-tech hospitals, medical and nursing colleges, R&D centres, wellness facilities, and allied healthcare infrastructure.
